Nutrition

Dietary Considerations

On a special diet? Let's sit down and talk about what that means. We can plan meals and snacks for the week, or even go as far as purchasing and preparing the food in your home. You tell us!

Exercise

We all know exercise is important, but many of us don't make it a priority. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, or regaining strength after an injury--our nurses can build a customized plan based on your assessment and needs.

Psyche

The word psyche means 'the human soul, mind, or spirit'. Too often we forget to fill up that integral part of our bodies due to busyness, depression, isolation, or forgetfulness. We have experienced therapeutic communicators who will help you sort through your thoughts with daily lessons, activities, and meaningful conversation.

Hello

Welcome

Kherdine Weber is a registered nurse who received her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from the University of South Dakota, and her Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Western Governor’s University. This company is a dream that has been formulating for years, and it was started to better serve the Black Hills community and to provide local citizens with an alternative option for their care. The concept of concierge nursing was ignited after seeing numerous patient readmissions for easily avoidable occurrences. She hopes providing this service will decrease preventable hospitalizations and increase patient healthcare confidence.

Kherdine lives in Rapid City, South Dakota with her two sons, two dogs, and tortoise. She is an Air Force veteran, and actively involved with community theater in her spare time, as well as writing, cooking, and the many sporting activities of her children.
